Rotary blade level indicator with reinforced blade shaft
MOLOSroto DF245 is particularly impressive as empty detector in high silos or where there is a risk of very high loads, such as the collapse of large bridges.
The MOLOSroto DF245 rotary paddle level indicator is one of the most robust measuring devices available on the market for level detection in bulk solids. The special design with angled blade shaft alone enables installation as an empty indicator even in very high silos with heavy bulk solids. The additional 20 mm diameter reinforced blade shaft is unique. This makes the MOLOSroto DF245 ideally suited for very high loads, such as when large bridges collapse, and expensive protective roofs are no longer necessary.
Thanks to the robust stainless steel angled jib with a maximum length of 700 mm, the MOLOSroto DF245 is also ideal for caking on the inner wall of the silo and is insensitive to pressure, dust, caking or the material conductivity of the bulk solids. This measuring device can also be used for bulk solids temperatures of up to 260 °C. With all these advantages, it also offers a convincing price-performance ratio.
MOLOSroto rotary paddle detectors are always the right choice for level monitoring in all bulk solids. Regardless of whether the material is dusty, powdery, granulated, grainy or coarse-grained, these level limit switches guarantee absolute functional safety and reliability even under the most difficult and extreme conditions. Level measurement in slurries and pastes is also no problem. Like all level indicators in this series, the MOLOSroto DF245 is available with dust and gas explosion approvals.
